Mel has a diaphragmatic hernia that needs surgery estimated at $4,000 to $4,800! Urgent Cats of Central Florida has already raised over $700 to save her, but we're $3,500 (at least) short Any little bit helps. Mel is scheduled for surgery on Feb. 28.
